DigiTimes has reported that NVIDIA will announce the GeForce GTX 1660 (non-Ti variant) on March 15th, followed by the GeForce GTX 1650 on April 30th. The GTX 1650 is rumored to be including NVIDIA’s TU117 GPU and 4GB of GDDR5 memory, whereas the GTX 1660 will feature 6GB of the frame buffer, although it may not be based on GDDR6 technology (likely GDDR5 or GDDR5X) in order to save costs.

The two cards are anticipated to enter the market at the 179-229 USD price range, a market segment that is currently occupied by AMD’s Radeon RX 580 and RX 570 variants. More information is unavailable for now, as we wait for NVIDIA to respond to AMD’s lower end offerings.
