Over the past few years, companies within the PC hardware industry have become more open to collaborations as was seen with Asus when they partnered with EK to release watercooled GPUs with pre-installed water blocks.
As initially reported by Videocardz, a very peculiar listing was seen in the Eurasian Economic Commission: RTX3070-8GB-NOCTUA. Therefore, it is presumed that Asus is currently working with Noctua, the Austrian heavyweights in the aircooling industry.
While no official announcement has been made as of yet, it is safe to assume that someone will most likely pop up in the market by the next year as rumors have been afloat for a while and the recent EEC listing further underpins the tinfoil hat theories.
Needless to say, we are pretty stoked about this partnership as almost everyone knows that Noctua does not play around when it comes to AirCooling. A Noctua RTX 3070 with a corresponding build may just be the coolest thing 2021 has to over.
