Lisa Su has just announced the highly anticipated 3rd Gen Ryzen CPUs. As we know, it is based on the 7nm architecture which still supports the AM4 socket. Furthermore, Zen-2 brings PCIe-4. The cache size has also been doubled.

The Ryzen 7 3700x has 8 cores, 16 threads which boosts upto 4.4 Ghz with a 3.6Ghz base clock. You get all this at a 65 TDP. The 3700x beat the 9700k in Cinebench. You can purchase it for a price of $329.

The Ryzen 7 3800x has 8 cores, 16 threads which boosts upto 4.5Ghz with a base clock of 3.9Ghz (105TDP). In PUBG, it performed similar to the 9900k. The 3800x will be priced at $399.

Finally, the Ryzen 9 3900x has 12 cores, 24 threads with a 4.6Ghz boost and a 3.8Ghz base clock. Interestingly, it has a TDP of 105W and 70MB Cache. The processor is priced at $499.

The processors will be available for purchase from July 7.
